Two years ago, missionaries Bob and Ellen Snow received a $5000 bequest from the estate of The Rev. Clyde Whitney. With the approval of Rev. Whitney's widow, Rae, the "Lilies of the Field" endowment was established, which is administered by the Snow's to provide scholarships to graduating high school students who would not otherwise have the financial resources to pursue an advanced degree.
